We are pleased to announce a new discussion forum for technical support issues. The forum is located at the following URL:

All e-mail sent to support@signature.net will automatically be placed into the new discussion forum. This forum replaces the Comet Discussion Board.
The support forum is an improved method for handling your support questions. We will monitor postings throughout the day and respond to you through the forum. Using the forum instead of email has several advantages:
- Your posting won't get lost in our spam.
- Your posting remains in the forum along with everyone else's. Over time this will build a knowledge base of answers to questions that will help us and you resolve your problem more quickly.
- Using a search engine we'll all be able to scan this knowledge base to find answers right away.
- You can upload files along with your posting so handling large email attachments is no longer necessary.
If you see a question that you have the answer to, or just have something to add to a posting, feel free to enter a reply. This is a great way for everyone to share what they know.
Any emails sent to us individually or to the support group will be forwarded to the forum.
