Update log

odbc288.zip (April 18, 2001) -- ODBC was updated to fix a problem with 
MTB numerics that had a negative value. The sign would be dropped during 
conversion to ODBC numerics.

odbc287.zip (March 26, 2001) -- Updated the odbcdrv.exe program in order 
to fix a problem where negative numbers were losing their sign.

odbc305p.zip (April 16, 2002) -- Updated the OdbcD.Dll and odbcdrv.exe program in order 
to fix a problem with blank stripping during Updates and Adds.
