Comet32

1.	This includes an alpha release of Comet32.  Use a /32 command line argument on your shortcut to
	Comet.exe to give it a try!  It requires REL 9.01 or higher and UTL 9.02 or higher.
	
	An up-to-date status report on Comet32 is on the wiki.  Check there for the latest info.

Corrected a problem in XAP that was incorrectly processing the number of units requested for EXPIRE. Build 399 Comet32 1. This is the alpha release of Comet32. SetGlobal memory is now persistent in both directions between enterlevels. 2. Corrected a problem with SetGlobal that could have caused a crash if used with successive ENTERs. 3. A new method for configuring the directory associated with a spool device has been implemented. Instead of using the full path you may use an asterisk followed by the Comet directory name: Spool = SP1,*SPL; SPL is the directory name. It's path is specified in the DIRECTORIES section 4. Copyfile is now able to copy files from a CometAnywhere workstation to a drive or UNC path not served by the file server. 5. XAP was pausing too long every time it wrote a large packet to the tcp/ip stack. This time was shortened making xap web pages perform much better. Comet.exe 1. Eliminated a debug messagebox that was displayed if a .dll was copied to the client during Comet startup.
