1. QReports
Changes so that currently accessed dabs are used by CosM32 during compilation of the
report program under Comet32. Prior versions used configured dabs.
2. DataExpress
Corrected a problem that would persist the "Erase this file" check if the output of the
report was to a data file. Now you can turn the check off.
3. DbMgr and ViewMgr
Changes required to function under Comet32.

Corrected a problem that could have cause E32 when using nested expressions.
Now allows a text file to be the primary file. Sorting is not allowed in this case.

Added support for text file definitions.

Reporter and ViewMgr no longer use the sort gateway. Sorting is done via an extended keyed file instead.
Changes required to run on both Comet16 and Comet32.
2. Viewmgr
Corrected a problem sorting in descending order.

Corrected a problem that could have resulted in a CopyFile error when using text editor option.
2. QReports
Reporter will now attempt to run RpgExit before running QReports.
Reporter will now ignore E32 on input files rather than aborting the report.
E32 may be legitimate when sorting and a record is deleted between the sorting
and report processes.
